Formula Ingredients

Mode Of Action

The botanical oil formulation in Grower’s Ally Spider Mite Control overstimulates and disrupts the pest’s nervous system, leading to paralysis. The oils block air from the pest spiracles, preventing them from breathing and causing suffocation on contact. Rosemary oil has strong repellent properties. Any insect not contacted by direct spray will quickly leave the treatment area. When used as a preventative treatment, the rosemary oil works synergistically with the plant to ward off insects.

Directions For Preventative Care

• Prior to mixing, shake the concentrate well.
• Dilute the concentrate at 0.25% mix rate or 10 mL/gal.
• Using an atomized sprayer, apply a fine mist to the stems and leaves, including undersides.
• Thoroughly cover the plant until there is runoff.
• Only apply when the temperature is below 90°F.
• Spray every 7 days to keep plants healthy.

For Infestations

• Treat at first sign of infestation.
• Prior to mixing, shake the concentrate well.
• Dilute the concentrate at 1.00% mix rate or 40 mL/gal.
• Using an atomized sprayer, apply a fine mist to the stems and leaves, including undersides.
• Thoroughly cover the plant until there is runoff.
• Only apply when the temperature is below 90°F.
• Spray every 3-5 days, as needed.

Suggested Use

• Apply to outdoor crops in the early morning or late afternoon. Avoid application during the hottest part of the day.
• When using indoors, lights and fans should be brought back on 2-3 hours after application.
